Data Centers/Critical Facilities

A data center in Katy, Texas chose PEAK+ to enhance their energy efficiency and improve their Power Utilization Effectiveness to 1.3 PUE. In most locations, PEAK+ has a one to three year simple payback.

A major real estate investment group in Irving, Texas operates six RTUs in its facilities; however, between reflective roofing material and walls surrounding the RTUs, their equipment experienced high head pressure during hot summer conditions and tripped off.
